Therefore the competition was changed to a more general tricks/ballet one, a new format will be discussed in the coming months.......................

Ahhh - hence Mike's quote at The Other Place:

Thanks all - got back early doors this morning... Nice weekend. Shame I flew like a NOOB on Sunday, ho and indeed hum. Well done Team UK. ;-) 3 of the top 10 after day 1 - nice work.

TP may very well die a sad and lonesome death after this weekends politics and pocket money based bollocks. Massive Kudos to the Kitehouse team and CVS for making this weekend work.

Kinda sad really, just as competition kiting seems to be starting to dwindle and needs a bit of support, it gets a kick in the guts....

Please Craig, don't say that, it' not the reality.

But well done, Guys :D

Indeed, this will probably change our plans for the UK trick competition, but rest assured we'll still do something.

...I always thought the format was wrong anyway.

Sorry to interrupt the politics. Just got back (10 Hours on the road with only 2 stops for fuel and food).
Had a great time - great support from the regulars - I can recommend it.
Congrats to Chris, Piero and Brian. =D> Nice to meet some of you lot in person.
I hope I can go again next year

They have a phrase here for men like that. But it's not repeatable.

Nobody flies the .85 as well as Chris, and I know he's a mate but he should have come much higher than 5th no question.
