Crantock Gathering 2019?

Fri Nov 16, 2018 5:06 pm

We used to have a informal gathering on Crantock beach in May or June and I think 2013 was the last time. I'm just trying to gauge if there is any interest to meet in 2019 particularly as it will be the 30th Anniversary of the Phantom. Perhaps even Polzeath Beach as an alternative as many early Phantoms were produced there.

I wouldn't rule it out Bill, especially if we can get a car full.  It's a long way to drive on your own.

I'd be up for that!

I know the beach at Polzeath is quite large, but it gets very busy on a nice weekend.

Won't distance be an issue for you, Keith? ;)

I might have to drive there rather than walk ;-)

Looking promising then.

Let's see how many positive replies we get in the next few weeks then maybe try in January to come up with a suitable and agreed date.

Hmmm, very tempted. Quite a drive, but...

I'm certainly going to stay tuned and see where it goes.

I wonder if we can get this going again for, maybe, 2025? *ugh*
