Weymouth 2012

Sun May 06, 2012 10:23 am

Hi

Is anybody at or going to Weymouth? About to head down there for the rest of the day, would be good to meet up with anyone who's there.

Cheers

Phil
Life is for living, we are here for a good time, we are not here for a long time!

A certain amount of opposition is a great help to a man. Kites rise against, not with, the wind.

Was there on Sunday. Excellent day, good deal of sunshine, and as the wind came over the water, clean smooth wind. Wide variety of routines and displays, talked to lots of people, so had a fabulous day!

Pictures here.

Hi Lex
We got there about lunch time, weather was great, met Chris and Piero and Craig and had a good chat and fly with them - really nice guys. My other half's boy seemd to finally develop some patience whilst flying and didn't have a tantrum the first time his kite went down...must have been the sea air! I took a few pics and a couple of videos but noting like the number or quality of yours.
All in all it was a fabulous day, and we even saw the "super moon" rise on the way home!
