Hope they're good... we've just ordered!

If you're coming down look for the white purple & black banners flying above the white purple & black camper van!

Loads of pictures here: https://picasaweb.google.com/101060338022497435191/PortsmouthKiteFestival11. Besides the few heavy showers on both Saturday and Sunday, I had a really good time. Lots of new soft kites compared to previous years, and many excellent displays from the various 2-line and 4-line teams.

Excellent weekend. Great to meet with other members of FA.

Arrived with Gaz and Simon midday Saturday and left late Sunday afternoon. Our wives counted us all out and counted us all back. Many thanks for Gaz doing the drive down in the VW - a great way to travel =D>

Wind was blowing hard on the whole. Best flying we had was a 6:30am, and to Ferris, unfortunately we missed the morning coffee by about ten minutes due to a military procedure quick pack the van up kind of panic ;)

Got about 40 minutes of video which i need to edit and will post it up on the board. Footage got incl - single lines, StinkFInger, RoisinRoisin22, Chris Goff, Carl Robertshaw, Team Air-4-ce flying Revs, and VW.

Amd Kens kebabs were so good they were great.

Been real busy recently so not yet got all the footage sorted but you can check out Chris Goff have a pre-arena warm-up here. And it was blowing very hard when this was taken.

My favourite moment has to be around 1'15" where he magically makes 1 kite divide into 2.
