I am up for the topic of this thread

"Us Oxfordshire lot have been discussing a local meet recently, with the option of going up White Horse Hill, but we haven't opted for a finite date yet.

I'm starting this thread for an open discussion on this, and hopefully more would be interested in coming up to join in.

So, any takers??"

Sorry cant make Easter but later in the month would be fine.
Any thoughts on a different location? Port Meadow Oxford comes to mind it’s an easer drive for anyone travelling on the M 40 or A34 .And There is free parking and toilets.

May Day weekend possibly Booty, what you say? used to be a good site early in the season, before the weeds grow!!

Totty, my man, seems it'll be quiet on W.H.Hill, how about Barbury Castle, Swindon, on Sunday as its WHKF meet then? I need to chat to a few people then, so should be there.

OK, the weather looks favourable for Sat and Sun, the later being the better day.
So what takers do we have?? any preferances to the two days?? at the mo I'm thinking Sun, but nothing final yet.
I'm hoping to have a new toy to fly for then..... need to fly and get good before Swindon fest.
final options to be taken come Thursday night - have a think & let me know.

I am Ok for any of the days over the weekend and happy to meet wherever the majority chooses.

I wonder if we were to meet nearer to oxford would anyone from further away like to join us.
Oxford sits quite nicely between London and the midlands, so any takers?

Brize Norton is now giving dry all weekend, so what's favourite?
Wife has booked me for Saturday, and conditions look the same over the other two days.
Personally I still favour Sunday, gives me a day to recover!!
