In fact it turned out to be a full 360.....I left at about 12-30 ish and the skys opened. Since the forecast for Cardiff was better than Reading, I figured it was crap weather there also. Did anyone go, and don't tell me the sun shone all afternoon... :(

Succinctly put Martin. Company was good though. :D

We flew the banner, that's something. Talked to John for a bit and got a glimpse of DD's next offering, maybe.

Not sure how much I can say... ;)

A LE with a gemini-ish curve, two moveable stand-offs. Didn't see it fly, except when a gust rolled it away from the side of the Kites Up tent and across the field. :|

This event's on again this year on the 4th April. I'm planning on going. Not the best site for flying but a nice day none the less. Bit of flying, cup of tea, visit the farm animal zoo, take a pedalo out on the lake.

Anyone else up for it?
Jason.

It's on again this Sunday if anyone's about? Not the best flying site but a nice place for a cup of tea and a stroll round the lake.

It was another wet day with lumpy winds - the hail didn't help! but nice to chat with Kites Up and hear the gossip with others who did brave the elements!
