Weather looks to be improving tomorrow. Would anyone care to join me after lunch on the Common?

Woo... I needed that. What a lovely afternoon. Really dialing into the DS now, really enjoying flying it.

Flew Paul's Essence too, that's a fun little kite for sure.

Sorry to dash off early chaps, good to be out for an hour or so though. That fade launch sure is maahty purty. Nice to see everyone, and Mrs.1969 too, not looking a day over 1986.

So you've done it too?

With the kite in a fade position on the ground pull lightly to pull the nose to the ground, as it rocks back on the roll bars the nose comes right up and if the wind gets under it, it will start to float up into the fade. I was really surprised the first time it happened, but it was fairly easy and repeatable.

Piero showed it to me, neat trick, kind of surprising at first.
