knackered my back up again so will have to give wednesday a miss, I will be in cardiff on saturday so I may well pop up heath park for a little session. try out the Gem UL (thanks bastiaan)

Raining? That's not rain, that's vertical sea. From the top of the Tower Block (Park Place, where I work) you can't even see the edge of the park, let alone Pontcanna.
