Hmmm... not sure about Sydney. There are freestylers in Qld, Vic and SA that I know of.
Try calling Mike Richards at Kite Magic (Coogee) - he will probably be able to point you in the right direction. Also, the forum at Extreme Kites may get some out of the woodwork

I am up in the northern suburbs of Sydney. Yet to see a single other kite to grace our skies this way! Would be great to see a second one.

Hi Guys my mate Will and I both fly freestyle and can be found at Coogee or Maroubra very frequently. See Mike Richards at Kite Magic South Coogee to track us down if we are not flying. Coogee has a ban on 2 line kites Sept to March so don't fly there and annoy people or the ban may become all year long. Maroubra at the rifle range end is very good and is flyable in most breezes.
