Sun Mar 22, 2009 2:46 pm

Kick off. Let's be 'aving you. A sprinkling of more prizes might be on the way if you're good.

There are rumours of... no, I've said too much already :-D

There's a hint element in there, perhaps? ;)

All I can do is confirm a rumour exists. I can neither comment on what the rumour is nor whether or not it is true.

Clear ?

Just register on the other forums. No biggy, really is it?

Rest assured there will be a very special prize available only to users registered on this forum. ;)

a) GWTW is relaunching - some people haven't re-registered so a few KiteBucks might be a minor incentive.
b) the Prism forum relaunched a while ago and they are a pretty insular bunch :) They could probably do with some new blood.

There are still open-to-anyone prizes so fret ye not.

Thanks for explaining. I'm happy now, knowing FA doesn't need to offer incentives for new members to sign up. ;)

It's been a week... have another video. Maybe you have to force the aspect ratio to 16:9 for some goddess forsaken reason.

I'd like to tell you more about the latest prize additions but some kite world superstars can be so slow to reply to e-mails. :?

To date just 7 people have lobbed their names in the general direction of the ring.

I am going to submit my video tonight or tomorrow morning. Needless to say, I have been beaten by Norway again. Any sessions that would have been great...have no video record. The story of VF, I guess.

If only I could assemble a kite, fly three minutes in frame, and hit a JL, taz, cascade>comete and a multislot all in one cut. Damn you Piero!

I will have my promised entry...with which I will likely achieve a new all time low in rank for me. :?

VF recording I find pretty stressful: although I can do yofade backspins, comete to tazes, backspin cascades and some neat and original groundwork, having it embedded in 60 seconds of flying is, until I get any better, impossible. I commence with "there's got to be a yofade, there's got to be a taz cascade, the rest can be filled with ladders and axels", which gradually degrades to "there's got to be no crashes, the rest can be filled with ladders and axels" :( :(
