Bristol Freestyle Competition / Trick Thang - Sept 4

Wed Aug 10, 2005 8:24 am

There will be a trick/freestyle competition at Bristol this year. For international visitors, it will be run to Trick Thang Freestyle rules. You can look here for a synopsis of the rules:
http://www.wardley.org/kites/freestyle/ ... ormat.html

Depending upon the number of competitors there will be two or three rounds. We will aim to start the first round at 10:30am, and finish the last round by 2:00pm with 20-30 minute breaks between rounds.

If you want to compete in this competition, pls can you post here, PM or email me so that I know approximately how many competitors to expect.
:D

Looks like it could be busy. Before we get to far, are there any judges up for this (you know who)? 8)

I will say, Bastiaan, that it is a very friendly and non-intimidating format for a competition. Every time I've seen a TT the other pilots have been very supportive and complimentary of each other. You really won't find a more friendly introduction to competition.
