I have stuff going on this summer, and aside from the the odd Sunday here and there, am pretty much gonna be out of the game for the season. Sort of a 'heads up' for Keith really, but if anyone else feels up to the challenge of making it all happen - just shout, else it probably wont.

You round up the fliers, I'll sort the logistics / venue

1 - Venue, Arena and PA
2 - Fliers
3 - Judges
4 - Score sheets (dependant on format - ballet sheets, imposed tricks etc.)
5 - Field staff (Field director, ground crew and PA button pusher)

OK , is the venue likley to be Roys Jolly Up?
Might not be time to do the whole TP thing, but could aim for somthing like they have just done in Stella.

No time? We have two day for nothing but trick comps. If last year is anything to go by we'll only have half a dozen competitors

I was thinking more of interpreting the new TP rules, setting the imposed tricks and giving people time to submit their ballet tricks.....

Isn't the jolly up the first weekend in August?
