Hi,
This is my first post but I've browsed various sections of the forum for while and picked up alot of useful information.
I am a casual kite flyer and have a couple of two line kites, a traction kite and a Rev EXP.
I got the EXP a couple of years ago and enjoy flying it the most - I'm hooked and now that I can keep it in the air for a while I'm keen to do more precise manouevres. I would like to move up the range and was planning to take advantage of Kiteworlds sale and buying a B Rev 1.5 - works out around £200 with lines.
I don't generally go out in high winds but the vented version has a much wider wind range than the standard. Whilst this appears to be an advantage, I would expect that in winds below 20mph the standard will be the better option. I only want to buy one version at this stage.
Should I go for the standard? Also, if flying both, how would the vented compare with the standard as the wind increased from say 5mph up.
Thanks for your help.
Stuart
