Knockout - by AviatorKits (Germany)

Fri Jul 25, 2008 9:29 am

Following a link elsewhere on FA, I came across this apparently "Revolution Beater" competetion-freestyle-trickable framed 4 line kite...

http://www.kites4u.eu/contents/en-uk/d76.html#p796
Check the list at the bottom, I didn't realise rev types could do so many 2 line freestyle tricks, or are they talking dross?

Jay.

ps: friend's after a revolution type kite, hence me looking :D

You could always watch their videos ?

IMHO Quads/Revs do dualline tricks in a very "well OK... I suppose" sort of way (which is only to be expected). Some look OK but for others I've really needed to be told what I'm just supposed to have seen. And that can't be good, can it ?

Friends don't let friends buy quads. :P

He's already got a few quad foils & fancies a Rev as something different.
I had him flying the Gem at Blackheath, which he found "rather responsive" shall we say :D

Must say that vid's quite impressive. This thing def does some flat spin & roll-up based tricks, good pilot too. Never seen Rev's doing that kinda thing, maybe I need to watch closer at next festival!
Thanks for the link Mike, mucho appreciato.
