what rev to buy

Thu Aug 31, 2006 12:05 pm

hi guys. want to buy a rev for when the wind is to high to trick a 2 line kite, above 15mph. been looking on the web and read the forums. do i go for a 1.5sle or a vented. i see from the spec 1.5 sle 4 to 20 or 25 mph depending which sites you read. vented 7 to 25+ mph. what would be the best for me to buy. bearing in mind i have never flown one, and would be using it in winds above let's say 12mph up to 20mph. i don't think i'm daft enough to go out in winds higher that 20/25mph. thank's guys. all the best steve.

12-20+.. Vented SLE, Every time, even in the lower of the range, 12-17mph, can still be flown quite well.......

Steve,

Get the vented you won't regret it. As I said at the weekend your welcome to try my 1.5 standard & vented anytime.

Knew you would come over to 4 lines eventually
