if you were only able to have one of the following revs which would it be and why?
REV 1 SLE

REV 1.5 SLE

iv been away from kiting for a few years and am trying to get my head around whats what now adays

That's a loaded question as it's hard to choose between the two. They are very different kites. Consensus though seems to be that the 1.5 is a better all rounder and if you're forcing me to choose my desert island rev then it would have to be the 1.5. But before you head for the lifeboat try and sneek in three 1.5 EXP rods (or Skyshark P300) as well. Using these in the leading edge instead of the heavier and more rigid SLE spars will let you fly in lower winds.

Have you flown Revs before?

Same answer as David ......including the EXP spars.......get used to flying the 1.5 then perhaps move up to the 1, it's a bit harder on the wrists.
