Rev or Airbow (sorry !)

Mon Dec 06, 2004 1:31 pm

Hi

Not sure how contentious this question is (and I know what the obvious answer is) but ........

What should my next kite be?

An Airbow or an Rev 1.5 SLE, they both appear to be similarly priced.

Currently I commonly fly:

Rev 1.5 EXP
Flexi Psycho
Flexi Proteam 8

I'm adding a Flexi Stranger to this for Christmas from my wife, as I found a cheap source through this site and I always wanted one.

So next year I was looking for a new 4line toy.

I love my rev, I have never seen an airbow in the flesh, but the pics look awesome.

So, help me out ????

Thanks

As you've already got a Rev 1.5 EXP, I'd go for the Airbow. If you get the 1.5 SLE what have you really gained? Yes, it'll be more responsive and have a wider wind range but it'll not be anything new. I'd go for the Airbow now and then when funds allow just buy 3 SLE spars to go in your EXP. The SLE downspars don't make a lot of difference compared to EXP downspars.
