Well it is an interesting discussion, the global warming part anyway ; )
Personally I was on the fence before this thread and probably still am.

I digressed,funnily enough,because you earlier refererenced NOAA and that got me thinking about how many people would take information from an authorative official source as the last word on the issue.

To be honest even if I was less of a sceptic I would still argue with the AGW proponents because I find offensive the almost religious zeal that many have adopted.

My general consensus is as follows:
Chris launches his Std SuperFly => here we have a month of fog and no wind
Mark launches his SUL => here we have weeks of gales and sleet
