Can't you just sleeve this with some P100 in some 6mm ferrule?

I’ve always been on edge with that. Just cause of the tapered ferrules, so trying to stay with the originals. But it has been a consideration.

I got tired of breaking the ferrules, leading edge mostly ans switched to 6mm and p100, never a break since.
