Fractured Axel

Hey guys,
I have a small rip (if you can even call it that) in my sail. Its around 1x1cm, if that. Anyways, I'm really bad with "handy" work, so I need something idiot proof to fix this.

Now, duct tape can save the world, but I'm not sure if I want to put that on my brand new kite... I was looking around and found this:

Does anyone have any experience with this? How does it hold?

Flexi repair tape should work fine - I've used it on a Gemini repair, not the prettiest, but did the job well.

Was the superglue method not working out for you?

i have used the flexi tape and it does the job. if the super glue doesn't work then use the tape.

I've used Halfords headlight repair tape, before I knew about supergluing rips... it's okay, stays stuck, but you can see it when the sun shines through the sail.

Well, I figured the tape would be easiest. Plus, I could go flying right after I apply it

The only thing I'm worried about the glue is gluing myself to the kite :lol:
