Sorry for so much ignorance.
The French version is about looking for the most beautiful trick "under control", from a compulsory tricks list.
So, each pilot can target with the same rule.

This format is somewhere between a TricksParty and the Virtual Freestyle : the winner of each edition choose some tricks you have to do on a raw.

It's not really something big, only 3 people this time...

Does the Masque Aero come with any other improvements / updates other than the framing ?

1. Are the leading edge covers over the spreader APAs ?
2. Is the trailing edge reinforced ?
3. Are the sail standoffs just the same as ever ?

I spent a couple of fun hours an an old Masque today - a Tame Bird (signed) kite. Once I got
used to the pull (and every other poor soul on the beach got used to the noise) I really enjoyed
flying it. I think its the most precise kite I've ever flown and tricks are particularly rewarding on it.

Hi,
the Masque Aero is delivered with 2 kind of whiskers: Carbon and Fiberglass "Gtech".

Gtech: Masque is easy to carve with a normal power in hands, perfect for Team flying and gusty wind, an ultra precision version.
Carbon: more strong feeling, perfect in low winds conditions, more fun at freestyle moves, an ultra dynamic version.

Trailing edge is reinforced since 2004 versions, at the whisker point by X-Ply.
Covers can be offered if asked by users.

Bridle size is the same, only marks on it are a little bit diffrent, it comes with a more outside setting than before.
Top cross is also shorter to keep straight leading edge even in strong wind.

For pilot used to fly a Masque. The Aero version is lighter and stiffer in hands, it's more accurate with a high-fidelity feeling due to the quicker response of the tubes, precision comes more easy to get, without any trouble in gusty wind.
Freestyle moves are not diffrent, the input is only more direct, with less shake at the same time.
