Also look at snowboard bags.

Kiteworks.co.uk do bags in a tough nylon material. I have a 1.4 metre one that is good for 3/4 size kites such as Viruses, but my Box of Tricks and Nazko stick out of the end.

The Decathlon kite bag is quite whizzy but I have seen one that is suffering from wear and tear rather more than I would have expected. I looked at the Decathlon fishing bags that have already been mentioned but decided not to buy one. I can't remember why (possibly because of a lack of smaller pockets to hold lines, Jaffa Cakes and so on).

I plan to make a kite roll sometime soon. There are plans for this sort of thing on the web somewhere but I will be designing my own for the sake of simplicity (it can't be that difficult!).

The New Tech bag is tough as nails and roomy, but basic. £40 from Highwaymen last time I looked.

I picked up one of the fishing bags in Aldi two weeks back for 14 euro so it would be around ten pound if they still have them. They are quiet roomy two compartments and two outer pouches also, all are zipped.Waterproof lining aswell1

A note about the Trespass snow-board bag that some of us picked up cheap at TK-Maxx last year: the coating on the inside of mine has started flaking/peeling off.
