That takes me back, I remember well AP & PL coming up to Epsom Downs with some prototype Strangers for us all to have a go on, I spent most of my time with it nose down in the mud, I had no idea how to handle it as it was so unstable, up until that point we were all flying straight lines on Sandpipers and NSR's

Mathias Haack and Thorsten Mikus stopped making them a couple of years ago, so only second hand now. Certainly a very capable kite. Slightly regret letting mine go.

The main kites featured look like Hugos, but there are some others in there in the mix.

All good here, Harv. Now retired with a grandchild, so in theory have more time to fly but there always seems to be something else that needs doing first.
Very happy memories of the old meet ups - particularly Crantock and the Better Flying Days that Bryan used to organise in Hinckley.
Flying on your own is good, but flying with others and having a good natter is infinitely better.
