Dragged this kite from the bottom of the bag today. Took off the 'fade line' or whatever its called, added around 10grms to the tail and was finally able to make it backspin. Nice Jacobs ladders etc and flatless axles though it 540s nicely. Decided I should fly it more :)

How can you possibly complain about not being able to buy kites? Is there anything you don't have? ;) ;)

I know ... I know ... there's always one more you need.

I haven't bought a new kite in 3 maybe 4 months which is amazing. I think Craigs doing better than me at the moment  There are however a number coming up on the radar - the Katana, Icarus (both American kites), Twilight and the CdC kites. Problem will be they will all come out together. There's also that second hand Masque to think about.

Yup, my Opium went into retirement once the Nirvana arrived. I did take another look at it later and I decided that whilst the O. is a damn nice kite still the N. edges it in every respect apart from looks. It had a hard life for a year or so but I think that the major airtime is behind it now.

The standard kite works quite differently from the Works spec. version in many areas. Small changes, big results.

Stop the madness. The kite needs the airtime. You know my address.

You wouldn't like it. It's blue and white :-)

Come to think of it I've got quite a few kites that have been semi-retired just recently. The Nirvana covers a lot of ground, the Odyssey UL has got the gentle stuff wrapped up and the Dot Matrix for when only lunacy will do.

Bag sale ? Naaaaahhhhhhhh :-P

Just to say I aquired a Opium recently (thanks Sky) did all the suggested R-Sky mods, Wow what a difference to the stock one I owned previously. I think I might like it more than my N.
