Have you flown one? They're an old flat kite and not very trick friendly - moves that would look good an a modern kite do look pretty gimpy on old stuff. They will fly in a gnats fart though.
1:36 looks like the line catching on the trailing edge, maybe the battons.

It looks as though it could be quite 'precise' if it that 'oversteer' was cured. Perhaps just a bridle design problem.

I think thats just a bit of over-controlling, ISTR being pretty impressed by the precision at the time (but precision was all you got).

looks like we were lucky the maker had run out of lime green and went for mylar instead ;-)
