Sorry Ellie, just not what I have experienced, but as I said apologies I should have let it slide. I am trying to learn on my own and well have yet to experience the Martin charm...but hey you know him and have met. I do try hard to learn as I can, maybe its just the way he presents himself on here, the written word needs more consideration.

Well you asked for more forum activity and you sure as hell got it. I have to agree with Andy that the thread should stay and that folks should recognise the value of open (if sometimes heated) discourse.

A valid point from Jo with reference to written word as it does sometimes need carefull consideration (and I am guilty of the worst offences at times!).

It's probably safe to say that none of us would wish to seriously offend or knock noses out of joint. However if we all get too considerate we end up with a very bland way of discussing things.

Sometimes it pays to rock the boat a little ;)
