Nepal Earthquake Relief Charity Raffle: SOLD OUT

Sun Apr 26, 2015 3:49 am

I'm raffling off this Blue Moon Exile to raise funds for the Nepal earthquake relief fund.

The kite is as new - having barely been flown. It is a STD with blue/slate accents on white.

The Exile is sadly no longer made, but you all know the exquisite quality of Ken's kites.

Tickets are now all sold - thank you everybody.

The proceeds will be donated to Medecins San Frontiers http://www.msf.org/about-msf.

A receipt of the donation will be posted to the forum.

C'mon ppl - 10 tickets left.

My employer will match the donation - so for your $10 ticket you're donating $20 to earthquake relief (and have a chance to win something special).

The death toll is more than 3,700 now and I'm afraid they'll be very many more. I spent one of the best months of my life trekking in Nepal, and plan to
go back for my 50th a few years when my daughter will be old enough to appreciate how wonderful the people and the country are.
