Lets get the time line right here, I whinged until I got my kite then said nothing, Pink asked me why I did not get my money back and I told him why. I then appended that I actually have gotten the kite and now I can say.... I like the kite, its a fun kite that is a bit different. Small sail lazy oriented good precision and built well. It is a fun kite and should extend my skills with the lazy based tricks. Makes cyniques a doddle. If I ever get the chance to meet Mr Goff I am sure both of us will be able to have a laugh over both our behaviors. If for nothing else I will always remember this kite. Any body else's opinion of my behaviour I do not care about!

Mike - I am glad you got the kite at last and feel sorry for you. I have sent Chris a few emails and his responses have been limited. Such a shame. Would you be kind enough to answer some questions

1. Would you say the kite is easy to trick?
2. What tricks is it particularly good/ bad at?
3. Does it lock into a turtle? That's one's for jaydub
4. I have read that it is not good for variable/ inland wind?
5. Does it feel more conventional than the KRD element?
6. Does it have a big/ small kite feel?

Many thanks H

Hi Harvey
nothing to feel sorry about I did get pissed about the kite but I'm well over it. Well 64 questions and the clock is ticking.... the kite is light on the lines and has a smallish sail so in light turbulent winds it is finicky and you need to move your feet or it likes to end up on its back. When the kite is on its back it is very nice and lazy based stuff is great. Pitch stuff as you like fast or slow. Axel and flat spin I have had to adjust my technique a bit but all there. I live about 2mins walk from the beach so I fly there, inland? For me the bridle is very good great feedback, use light line on this kite, and lovely control through combos and transitions. There is only one other guy flying sports kite where I am and so any thing is new and different and the Superfly is a much different kite than I have done most of my flying on, the DS. I think this kite will be fun. I can't wait until the winter breezes finish and I get some good fresh seabreeze where I reckon it will be a hoot.

 That's funny.
All that matters in life is kite flying, love and work ….preferably in that order.

In the bag; Shhhhh... far too many to mention, don't tell the Missus!
