The other thing is all the euro shops have free delivery for orders over 50 euros

I don't think that's true for any shop except Bilboquet (and I'm not sure how Didier pulls it off). For instance, at Pegasus, shipping an order of under 200€ to Finland costs you a rather sickening 30€. For Britain, it's 20€. #-o

Group orders are a must at those prices.

Juha, I can't speak for Finland but I know that the Euro retailers (not UK) I mentioned have free postage, because I've used them.

I used to buy everything from The Kite Store in London. Then I only bought from Tradewinds. Since then I've shopped from Pegasus, Bilboquet, Atem, Hang 'Em High, Atem and direct from manufacturers (Airdynamics, Betancourt, Robertshaw, Guildworks).

The only one that have ever given me any grief has been Guildworks.

The only difference that I can honestly say I've seen between lines is that I've never seen poor quality Spectra branded lines but I have seen some v. ropey Dyneema (50# Cousin that could double as a saw).

Pegasus do a nice selection of lines but so do most. Buyer beware.

Mike.

Well, I and many of my mates have used them too, and nobody's ever received free postage if the end sum of the order hasn't exceeded 500€ or some other very large, pre-determined amount where they state you don't have to pay for the shipping. I don't think it has anything to do with me being in Finland - see, for instance, that Pegasus' shipping costs table.

But I digress. Maybe there just is a double standard.
