If I may be so bold as to suggest not leaving it until the very last moment. If there's a problem with the video not meeting the loose rules/guidelines you'll have missed out on a free kite (at the moment).

There's no problem to submit an entry and replace it later, albeit before the deadline.

10-4, thanks Mike. Last night I pretty much got it sorted, all bar squashing to 20 meg. Will follow the advise someone posted a few VFs back regarding this (sorry, that may well have been you? ), and use that free app, was it called "Super"?!

Great fun learning how to edit vids, it's obvious a lot of effort goes into the more extravagant kite vids people create!

I'm out at the minute - ho-de...

But I will make every every effort to fly on Sunday, even if it's just for 90 seconds.

Whilst that's lovely an' all, Sunday is the 13th. Deadline day is the 12th although albeit with my usual bizarre definition of "as long as it's the 12th somewhere".

There's cutting it fine and then there's just being reckless . If by some disaster you don't manage to get an entry in I will omit 6th place in recognition of your previous efforts.

Dr. Who and England game deadlines to work around - finishing work in an hour or so, hmmm... expect some late mail tonight.
