I'll do a smaller video for the PC-challenged and post the full results later so just make do with this for now :roll:

Great Results!
Congratulations to all winners, i liked Mike's entry very much!

Nice one Jay... which kite has to leave your bag now to make room for the Qpro? I think you will find that kite to be very you, flight-wise.

Congrats to the winners, though I thought it was no surprise at all Mike! The winners displayed excellent flying, and it is increasingly important to have good presentation as well to be awarded the highest scores. Which I think is perfectly reasonable - if you can fly clean tricks they deserve to be filmed cleanly too, and people are putting more effort into doing their 60 seconds some cinematic justice.

Good round again, thanks to prize donators and everyone for flying, and of course Mike for running this smoothly and entertainingly... see you all next time.

The surprise to me was the unanimity and consensus in the scoring (apart from one miscreant - there's always one).

Genuinely I cannot remember a scored kite competition that I've been involved in having one clear winner since Overdrive in Berck.

Yeah, now that I have recovered from the shock of actually winning something, albeit from a random draw....

Thanks, Mike. I think along with all the rest of the stuff you do to make this contest cool, the results videos are just tits.

Thanks, Bryan for the donation of the Qpro. If I don't keep it, I will either trade it, or sell it...cash to charity. If the latter, I'll ask you for some suggestions.

And congrats to the well-deserved REAL winners. I also find it very reassuring that the 2nd and 3rd place winners were also among my favorites. I think this round had loads more fliers close to placing as well.

* Draw winners

So quite a convincing margin for Martin, only the sixth person to win a round of VF, but all the other places were close from one place to the next. 12th to 16th covered by 7 points, for instance. A good début performance from Jesper who takes an FA hoody probably waaaay too big for him for his trouble. I don't think anyone disgraced themselves, which seems to be a major concern for many people who don't enter, and hopefully everyone got something out of this round.

Congratulations to everybody concerned and a deserving winner.

However.............I don't bloody believe it - my mate Dave has won another bleeding kite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!first it's a Talon, now it's a Cavaliers du Ciel STX 2.1.

P.S. Excellent organisation in every respect :)
