Entries soon... Updated!

Thu Oct 04, 2007 6:37 pm

...I've recently switched provider and I'll need to re-do the site elsewhere. I'll post the lists here (hopefully this evening) in the interim.

Edit... Entries are now linked for perusal on the 'Round 8' page of the site. I'm still mid-provider so I'm hoping that the site stays live for long enough for me to get the alternative sorted.

Score guidelines are posted on the page as well (at least a rough draft of them) score entries as you see fit - I'll say no more ;)

Best of luck!

Nope, I hadn't fallen off the map. Although one would be excused for thinking so...

Good luck to everyone. I've not entered one of these since the first two or three and am excited to see everyone's efforts!

BTW, I really did appreciate the extra 30 seconds. I think the format and rules are just about perfect.

Sorry - doing it now... The past few days have been a bit mental at home, this is the first my head's getting clear.

Bear with me for an hour or so.

Updated main topic.

Thanks for the concerns, Peter. I'm fine - just my life that's a bit out of sorts at present.

Thought that the "Virtuall Freestyle" Contest is:
where you try to pick out some good tricks and show them, without bails, in a stylish way in a certain time !

After watching the Entrys  , it appears to be a :

"Who is able to do the most tricks" in a certain time contest !

Think I have flown my entry the wrong way ! :?

Artistic (out of 10) - Representing how well the routine looks to the eye. Is the window used well? Are the transitions between tricks smooth? Does the routine as a whole seem fluid, or is it a jiggly lump of tricks thrown together?

If I'm honest I haven't even looked at the entries myself - But will do so in due course. I hope that the above guideline for artistic scoring above (from site) might help avoid the 'cram em in' approach to tricks.
