(I've already gotten multiple emails about it. I'm not that silly to release 13 videos in the same park and label a VF entry as 'anonymous' if it were me)
They are also not eligible for the prize since I was involved in the filming and submission, that point was discussed with Davey (and it was my suggestion) 4 weeks ago.
If the anonymous entrant, or another person (they know who they are) wins, prize will goto immediate second place. Shouldn't stop you from up-voting either one though... even though you dont know who either is

Due to the expense of the prize offered, Davey said that I have full control over who I give the prize to. I will be awarding it (full set of kites) to first place or second place if first place is ineligible or wishes to pass the prize downward.

Is it just me or does this all seem a bit daft (not my first choice of words)? Surely the winner is the person who gets the highest score as given by the other entrants - this sounds very fare to me. Surely the winner gets the prize, not the person the prize donator deems fit. If the Annon person is not eligable they shouldn't be in it.
