OK folks,
I've procrastinated, delayed and generally been remiss in getting the next round of VF underway.
I'd even gone as far as some themed ideas for the round: VF IV - Stall Wars being one of my favourites - Unfortunately given the delays, and that folk are probably on to the next big thing I may skip that one... Instead:
"VF4: The Round that Dave Forgot" (nearly)
Timetable for this round is as follows:
Deadline for video submissions: end of play on Monday 11th July 2005
Deadline for scoring: end of play on Monday 25th July 2005
This gives 4 weeks for videos to be worked out, and 2 weeks following that for scores to be submitted. Results will be issued shortly thereafter.
Apologies for those that haven't yet received their prizes for the previous round - Logistics had gotten in the way, but everything is on it's way to everyone concerned.

Hi everyone,
I've been following VF since day 1 and really wanted to contribute, but couldn't really, 'cause a) my flying isn't that great
and b) no time to fly, no one to get it on tape...
Well, for this round, I decided it was now or never! So I take the kite to the beach, my wife with the miniDV and...when I get there, the wind was blowing like hell
...anyway, I'm not expecting a great deal from this 
but it was fun to do, and I hope that it's worth watching. For me this is certainly a way to make myself a better flier, and I hope that by next round I am able to put up something more interesting!
