A wee update on VF3 - There's about 2 weeks left to get footage sorted out etc. Email me if there are any queries about uploading or sending the files.

We've also had an influx of donations - Check the site for details.

OK - I've only received a couple of entries so far...

I'm putting serious thought into extending the submission deadline by 2 weeks (will be 28th March) in an attempt to get as many entrants taking part as is possible.

Before I go and update the site, I'd like your comments on whether or not you see this as a 'good idea' (tm)

That will help us BD as it's been pretty rough lately trying to get the kite in the air for more than a few seconds;)

Hello Davey. I was planning on emailing you to tell you to remove my name as it has been impossible for me to get any decent footage lately. Winds have either been ballistic or nothing the few times I have been able to fly of late.

Extending the deadline two weeks might help but is no guarantee that I can still submit something. Just a bad time of year for me and flying I guess.

Me too. Hoping to shoot some stuff on Sunday at Barbury Castle, so this will give me time to find the best 60 seconds and pick a tune.
