Photos from the official photographerhere.

A disk of pics will be available to buy in the very near future.

Also, a DVD of the event will be produced for sale at cost. As you can imagine this may take a little longer in production.

Loved CR's quad routine. Can't find the exact way to say it but often his kite seemed to be just floating on the wind while it was doing moves such as spins,

For me it was one of the best examples where the flyer kind of disappears and the kite flows like it was.....I don't know but its whatever is beyond smooth,

Not so much the technical difficulty or even the accuracy of the moves but the expression of them.

Not exactly saying that it was best competition routine. I think my vote on that goes to the guy who came in second. Sorry I forgot the name.

Thanks to organizers, competitors, and whoever did the excellent video work. The only time I ever tried to tape a comp routine I got sunscreen in my eyes and couldn't get the kite in frame, Tried to pass it off as "Best Individual Invisable Routine" but I don't think anyone bought it.

It was a very good Eurocup, we had good weather and wind all weekend, only a few competitors had a bit too less wind on Friday.

I was very impressed by the organization of the EC, not have they organize a good competition, but also many details were organized.
- Lunch packages every day
- enough food for the Friday night
- nice prize giving ceremony for the British nationals, nice to see what happening in Britain. That the Robertshaw forget to bring their trophies back :)
- Lottery
- Charity
- Amazing diner on Saturday evening, in the next hottest club of Weston Super Mare.

It was all very good and perfect organized and a good presentation of STACK UK.

Thank you all for this weekend , which became even very, very special for myself.

Cheers,

Stephen Versteegh

ps and the good champagne, lot's of them. Still got a bit of a hang-over.

To be fair, Carl forgot the DI trophy, but I forgot the MI one, left it in the hotel (but only realised that when packing up on Monday to come home - sorry Chris).

Your praise is highly valued, as the man that ran last year's event, thanks
