There are some things we will need......

1. a funky logo. - this is in hand.
2.sponsorship of some kind to cover cost of hire of PA system (or loan of a system)
3.banners to go round the ring
4.Judges - at least two for each round, probably the only thing we can't do without
5.competitors
6.supporters
7.venues.... some space at a festival would be good... I was thinking one south(ish) and one north(ish)

Please shout if you can offer any help.

plenty of time at the moment tho'.

I might be able to help out with the sound, I've started building one of these:

If it works out I'll have a pair of them, with a battery powered amp that should do the business.

What is the criteria for the venues Yan. I'd like to help out but I'm not sure their is anything near me that would tick all the boxes.

We don't need much really, it needs to be free (unless we can find sponsors), reasonable wind, space for an arena and permission to use a speaker system of some kind. An ideal outcome would be to blag a couple of hours arena time per day at a weekend festival.
On site or nearby camping is nice.
We can use rougham easily (although as a club we now have to charge non-members to camp and fly).

If I'm able to get I'll judge with pleasure. Not saying I'll be able to get at this point though.

We have lots of help available to us from the guys in Europe, but we need venues.
If it goes ahead next year we can use the third arena at bristol.

Still need something north/midlands.

Any ideas?
