UK Trick comps 6th and 7th August 2011.

Mon Jun 20, 2011 8:02 pm

OK, who's in?

The format will be......
4 imposed tricks (from a list of 8 ) scored out of 10 each and a
3 – 4 minute freestyle ballet scored out of 20 each for technical and choreography
and big trick out at the end of each day if time.

It'll be held at Roys Jolly up, Cliddesden, Basingstoke on the 6th and 7th august, two rounds (one on each day)

I have yet to organise judges, and other officials... so if anybody is willing to step in, shout.

It transpires that I will have the day on Sunday to play with, so will most likely come over on Saturday night after work and spend the day with you on Sunday.

Most happy to help out where-ever needed, judge, direct, make up the numbers - whatever.

I do like the way Yan remembers it but................

Saturday, Chris won the Tricks Party and I won the Trick Out.
Sunday, I won the Tricks Party and Chris won the Trick Out.
Scores for the Tricks Party were averaged over both days and Chris won overall.
IIRC;
1st Chris
2nd Piero
3rd Adrian
4th Yan
5th Kieth
6th Vee

Pairs Tricks Party on Saturday
1st Chris & Piero
2nd Ex Grads(Vee & Kieth)

Big thanks to everyone that made this happen and congratulation to all that took part. =D>

Congrats, Chris and Piero for sharing the spoils and also to all those who competed.

Only 6 entrants though. What an apathetic bunch we are!

Was everybody on vacation? :?

Scared of being shown up by my awesomeness!

But seriously, this turnout is very poor but historically UK fliers don't do competition, go figure.

STACK made a loss again this year on this event, we'll need to think hard about supporting it finacially again as a separate event.
