Managed to get a rev 1 skin from james this weekend, and handles from jason (thanks to both)

don't have any spars atm, so going to use skyshark x00 until i get some proper ones

what x00 would you suggest? it's mainly going to be flown on beaches in light to medium winds. what are the dimensions of the spars?

also, what length line? was thinking 50-60ft?

and last but not least i heard gwtw were selling rev spars damn cheap at the moment...

I've got a set of Rev 1 spars you can have. They're always in my kite bag, you could have had them at the weekend if only I'd known. Let me know if you're interested.

Didn't realise you were looking for Rev stuff for your trip. Could have helped you out with bits and pieces for a 1.5 (as well as returning your shower gel!

Rev 1's use five 36 inch rods - all the same; centre LE has internal ferrules. If you can't collect Matt's then Skyshark P300 or 400 or old 5P would be best.
Go for longer lines if you can 75ft plus. 90 pound stuff works well for a Rev 1
