Best free Anti Virus software...

Hi guyz.....could anyone point me in the right direction for Anti Virus software, preferably free....for PC, Licence has just finished with Kaspersky, so on the look out for something FREE!! :cool:...thanks in advance.

I was a fan of avg, but it seems to be too bloated now. I have moved to avast on all of my computers

Ohh, good one. Think I will follow suit and install that to replace my hotch potch mix of Zone Alarm/Spybot/Sophos that no longer gets updates and AVG.

Windows update for the first time in 2 years seems rather slow. Lol.

I just clicked on Zippy's link, clicked "download" and then clicked on the file it downloaded and kept clicking "next" or "ok"

The final stage was the hardest. I had to turn it off and turn it back on again.

Haha, the irony is that I have done quite a few of the units for MCSE but never finished the course. Every one that I passed surprised me because over 50% of the answers were guesses.
