If you are on Facebook then there are a couple of Stunt Kite Selling groups to explore. You could also try the American kite forum "Gone With The Wind" A lot of their members are situated globally. Good luck with your quest.

Excellent, I’m not on Facebook but I think it will be worth my while to get on, purely for kiting info and learning. Thanks for the heads up.
Any recommended groups etc to follow?
I’m hoping that I will be able to get a Deep Space second hand, but if that doesn’t happen I’ll get one new anyway, but it will just take a little longer!

No luck with my offer I’m afraid... the cost with shipping from the States works out at about £15 less than if I bought one new.

Don't forget that when buying a kite in the US, not only do you have to pay shipping, you also have to pay custom charges, which are calculated on the declared value of the kite PLUS shipping costs. Yes, double whammy ...

And if your package is delivered by ParcelForce (which it normally will be if the kite is shipped through USPS), you have to pay them handling fees on top of the custom charges. That's because they're kind enough to pay customs on your behalf, so you pay those charges to them, plus the handling fees. It does add up to quite a bit extra, so always keep that in mind when you see a kite in the US for a good price ....

Hence, why i will only ever buy European kites.  And that probably isn't going to be an option for much longer.

Thanks Big T. Its a great kite, but buying it would work out quite similar, or only slightly cheaper than the cost of buying a DS new here in the UK. with the conversion rate and shipping costs.
Having looked at a few options abroad now, I think I can see that its going to have to be new one at some point in the future and just keeping my eyes open to see if any used ones pop up in the UK until then!
