Might be a spar or two short of a full kite though.

He's the same guy who's selling the Black Pearl. Looks like some sort of dealer, maybe someones kites he's picked up. To be fair he's isn't trying to sell it as a Superfly and states it's not labled. They may be someones homebuilds - the purple one has 'warrior' on the spine tube if that means anything to anyone.

The 7th Sense has Victory arrow shafts as Upper leading Edges, I`ve done a lot of research on arrow shafts in my quest to find an alternative to pultruded and Skyshark.
Ok I`m a cheapskate but can get a hi-modulus carbon shaft that has a stiffer deflection and an equivilant weight to comparable Skyshark (straight, not tapered) for £2.54 a shaft.

So I`ve just checked and these Victory VAP shafts are quite good maximum weight for a .5" deflection is 6.0 gpi (grains per inch) which is lighter than I use (6.3gpi which is 13.6grams over 82.5cm) so about 13g so about skyshark P100.

I have no idea about the construction but as mentioned above I think he has come across a job lot of home builds and selling them as is.
I`m not surprised in the least someone has copied the Superfly
I`m amazed the Chinese havn`t started selling their version of the "Superfry" yet!

Its surely a false economy making copies of kites, by the time you factored in the costs of materials (at retail prices) and the hours spent making
templates and then sewing, framing and tying bridles you'd have been much better off buying the genuine article, especially when we're talking
about a Benson kite - unquestionably the gold standard.

Totally agree with Frazers comment, I`m trying to copy an Eolo Genesis ( because I can`t find any for sale anywhere! plus I wanted to try my hand at building and this small kite seemed as good a place as any to start ) .
The the cost of this 39Euro kite is going to run to £50ish using pultruded sticks and ripstop parachute nylon so not even hi-end materials.

I was thinking maybe the builder (not the Ebay seller unless they are one and the same?) built this facsimilie because he enjoyed building and not because he wanted a Superfly?
Maybe he wanted a Superfly XL? As stated up there somewhere this size is wrong so it`s not a carbon copy.

Maybe the ebay seller does not really known what is selling, anyway I own only original kites and I'm not interested in a copy, thanks for your help!
