The funny thing is I have never flown another 8ft kite that can do tricks as easily as the Fury, and fly easy freestyle. Maybe Craig has?

Look the Fury fly's ok, but it is no trick monster, most of the flyers on this forum do not fly either team or pairs competition which is where the Fury is pitched, I may well be proved wrong but I'd be amazed if it was flown in any trick type competition, certainly not in its stock configuration.

A little voice in my head keeps saying "Level One Challenge, Level One Challenge"...................................

Sascha flew one in the Trickster competition at Blackheath on 7 March and scored 82.11 with an awesome routine. Robin flew one as well and was almost as good. Both kites were standard config.
Must fly

Really, are you sure. Standard as in what you buy from the shops now. I'll bet they're not.

what with the P400 spine (with 6mm exel extreme, insert that cannot be removed) ? If so I'm impressed you can come and tune mine any time you like.

Mine is stock and I can do as much with it as with any other kite. Sure it needs bigger arm movements and a bit more air than the Lynx, but I can certainly wrap it up, backspin, lazy susan, flatspin, cascade ... all the basic building blocks.

1000+ word review, one video including several hours in London shooting the video, one wallpaper, one preview web page, one interview web page, time spent flying the kite for review, upgrade in web hosting to handle bandwidth.

To be fair to Ed, his review of the Gemini isn't exactly "buy one this instant" category, indeed I nearly didn't based upon it.

"However I felt it was a little spongy and didn't track as well as I would have hoped."

"although by no means perfect freestyle kite."

were relative put downs I thought compared to say the Niravana and the Dot Matrix reviews, both of which I have also.

Craig, only using them to illustrate my point, rather than blithely answer yes. Of course the review should be read in full, and in context of all the others, plus others such as:www.kites.org/jo/reviews/geminireview
and bilboquet.
I am a huge fan of the gemini, one of my "will never sell it" posessions...
