Nirvana spine c-clip?

Wed Jan 14, 2004 6:40 pm

Davey asked me today whether the c-clip on the Nirvana's spine goes above or below the center-T and the bridle knots. When I finally get home and look at mine, there is no c-clip on mine.

Is this correct? If not, does it go above or below the T?

Out of c-clips as well... this is why we NEED a local bricks and mortar shop.

got any 6mm rubber end caps ? cut the end off, slide it up the spine, spot of super glue, push into position, bingo.

I'll do that... or use electrical tape or something. Still annoying to have makeshift parts on my fave kite :(

I do need to order stuff though... so this might spur me into action.

I tend to fit c-clips above and below the T piece on any kite that I have. This prevents the kite deforming in flight (beyond the norm), and also stops the t-piece moving if the kite ends up hard on its nose.

Just received my first order from CVS,
but I forgot the c-clips!!!
:stupid:
