Looking for four external ferrules, fitting 6.2mm spars. The normal 6mm ferrules are just too narrow. Any suggestions as to where/how to get such 6.2mm ferrules?

What spars are they for? You maybe able to use a piece of Skyshark Pxxx spar.

No identification on the spars ...

I just tried with a P400 spar, and it might just fit perfectly! Thanks, Craig!

Can you use P400 to ferrule 6mm leading edge then? Is the P400 strong enough?

IMHO, Beman aluminium ferrule 16/64“ (ø 6.35 mm) would be better if you can find some.

I'm pretty certain that Tim used P200 ferrules on the old Gems. They proved much tougher than the Structil LLEs, which I seemed to be able to crush with monotonous regularity.

Absolutely, cut of a 4 inch length, and try to snap it in half.
