I was one of the many that were searching for the plans for the Sixth Sense so thanks for hosting them on your site =D>

I`ve just started a 95% build of one as I`m not a fan of big kites, this will give me a 2.3m span which is about as large as I like plus I`m adding an extra panel to make use of some of my off-cuts :)

I`ll post a few pics when it`s finished :-D

I wont go into too much detail but just thought I`d post some pics here of the finished Sixth Sense .95
Plans are as Kareloh has hosted on his site, scaled down to 95% with a couple of adaptations namely and extra centre panel (black strip next to the white) a different style nose and leachlines added.
Framing is Std Light meaning...
ULE P100
LLE P200
Spine P200
U Spreader 5mm
L Spreaders 5pt.

:D Thanks Craig.

The photo`s actually dont do it much justice as the sun picked out every wrinkle and it looks much sharper in the flesh.
As yet unflown so the creases in the Icarex should fall out after a few flights ( It was shipped folded  )

I`ve not got anymore builds planned at the moment but will keep you in mind :-D

Very nice! Will add the pic to the builds page off course.

I see you also changed the inner bridle point (spine) a few cm below the centercross. Did you do longer inner legs as well?

Hi Kareloh,

Yes I forgot to mention the bridle, I`ve set it up with a short (2cm) turbo bridle with the option of a quick slide back to a 3 point.
With this in mind I`ve fitted adjustable pigtails to the spine and upper legs to give me quite a wide range of adjustment.
The turbo and leaders are one line attached with Prusik knots so they can be fine adjusted up and down.
As it sits at the moment the settings are as per the std Sixth Sense 3pt bridle but with longer inhauls.

The bridle is attached to the spine 3cm below the centre "T" and the inhauls 1cm below the bottom APA`s as on the other kites I`ve built this gives me more response in pitch tricks and keeps the bridle off the lower spreaders.
This is purely a personal choice and I`ll see how it works on the Sixth :-D it wouldn`t take me more than a minute to change to the original 3pt spec in the field and I will try both :D

Nice, curious how the 95% will fly. Should be a blast.
