Bridle adjustments

Fri May 17, 2013 12:44 pm

Hey all,
Bit of a noob question. Sorry. :(

On the Nirvana SE there is an adjustment you can make to the bridle based on wind conditions.

Is there such a thing for the DS? I don't think there is. If not, why is that? Are bridle types different in that respect?

Thanks
Stephane

There is no bridle adjustment on the DS. I assume that this is because Tim Benson and Andy Wardley when developing the DS did not feel it is required.

The DS is a smaller kite than the NSE and does not get as heavily loaded.

It also doesn't claim to be a polyvalent kite, so speed control is less critical as you would never choose the DS as a kite for Precision / Team flying.
