The Garuda, new radical freestyle kite Drôle d'Oiseau

Mon Apr 23, 2012 9:42 am

Hi all,

I present you the brand new kite Drôle d'Oiseau (The Garuda) with these new sytem Inoven (model registered)
The Reverse Yoyo Stoppers
to block the lines of Garuda when it is wound in
the other direction, "in reverse", as in a yofade example.

Its location was studied to wedge-hair cell lines without interfering with the holding of a yofade.
the
nonsense like "yofade-backspin", "cascade-yofade backspin" and
another "yo-yo-to-yofade" are now facilitated, pending
next sequences that K2000 is currently work at the moment.
This system, developed and filed by Drôle d'Oiseau, could in future equip Mini Moa and Canardo, to see ...

for
get there, he also had to rework the system
"gliss-lines" that equips the CV range for a while now, because
they were optimized for that slide along the lines BA
yoyos at "classic", that is to say when the nose of CV switches
backwards.
With the arrival of R.Y.S requires that the lines
slide in the same way on the BA for yoyos reversed when the
CV nose tilts forward.
Outside, the "lights" (location
to get the APA) were too broad and could that
lines are taken inside. Integral with the Gliss-Lines
slide along the lines of BA, it is on the upper as
before, or on the underside, and just lock on the RYS

I thought about a similar effect being generated by Lam's sky claws, but never actually investigated whether it would happen.

This seems to be a very good idea in principle. I like the idea of having different effective stop points depending on what you want to accomplish. Very very good insight.

I think would be a good general modification provided it could be demonstrated to facilitate these more advanced rotation tricks or even open up new trick dimensions. It looks as if they are positioned so that they only come into play with a reversed wrap, which is also a nice touch.
